Brain Code is an innovative startup committed to transforming the landscape of liquid biopsy diagnostics for central nervous system (CNS) disorders in America.
Our mission is to provide cutting-edge solutions that enable early diagnosis and improve outcomes for individuals affected by central nervous system (CNS) disorders. By ensuring timely and accurate detection, we enhance patient care and quality of life.
Our technology
Our proprietary liquid biopsy (LBx) platform harnesses non-invasive miRNA biomarkers within microvesicles, enabling early and precise diagnosis of a wide range of CNS diseases, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), dementia/mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and multiple sclerosis (MS).
As a joint venture dedicated to excellence and innovation, supported by established proof-of-concept data, we are poised to become a leader in CNS diagnostics.
We plan to validate and commercially launch our first TBI test by the end of 2025.
Our operations
Operating from our corporate headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Brain Code collaborates with BrainDTech of Milan, Great Product Ventures, and Profound Ventures to drive forward our mission.
Our state-of-the-art, CLIA-certified laboratory in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, housed within the Science, Engineering, Innovation, and Research (SEIR) building at the University of Texas at Arlington, is equipped to receive specimens, isolate RNA, perform microvesicle cell counts, identify proprietary miRNA signatures, and deliver comprehensive results to our partners and clients.
